This application is operated by a single individual for their own personal use. There are no other users, and no third party has access to the data it handles.
With the account owner's explicit consent, the application accesses their own Google account:
gmail.readonly — to read the owner's email and
identify messages that are waiting for a reply.gmail.send — to send replies the owner has written
and explicitly approved.calendar.readonly and calendar.events —
to read the owner's schedule and to create events the owner has
explicitly approved.Data is used only to answer the owner's own requests, sent by the owner over WhatsApp. It is never used for advertising, profiling, training machine learning models, or any purpose beyond responding to the owner.
The application runs on a private server controlled by the owner. Email and calendar content is fetched on demand and is not copied into permanent storage. Notes the owner explicitly asks to save are stored on that server. OAuth tokens are stored on that server and used only to call Google APIs.
Nobody. Data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
To generate answers, message text may be sent to Google's Gemini API, which processes it under Google's terms and returns a response. Nothing is sent to any other external service.
Sending an email and creating a calendar invitation are the only actions that affect anyone else. Neither happens automatically: the owner is shown exactly what will be sent and must approve it first.
The owner can revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all access. The owner can delete stored data from the server at any time.
